Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez said on the death of Cuban diplomat Ricardo Alarcón de Quesada. In his Twitter profile, he stressed that Alarcón de Quesada was a great patriot and brilliant diplomat who defended the work of the Cuban Revolution with passion and solid arguments.
