Metropolitan Bank new channel

In 2025, the Metropolitan Bank of Cuba has continued to strengthen its digital channels, highlighting the following relevant updates:

    WhatsApp (opened in May 2024):
    Although not a channel created in 2025, the WhatsApp service (BanmetCuba) remains operational as a key tool for reporting on products, payment calendars and formalities, surpassing 3,400 followers in its first weeks

    Metropolitan Online (new version in 2025):

        Technological migration: They released an updated version in February 2025, expanded for legal and natural clients, with access through EnZona and Telebanca

    Extended term: .... the deadline for adapting to the new platform was extended until April 20, 2025....

    Elimination of printed vouchers (April 2025):
    Starting April 1, they stopped delivering physical vouchers in cash operations, forcing customers to use digital platforms such as Transfermobile and EnZona
