At the end of this process the recommendations made will get to the National Assembly of the People´s Power and a date will be arranged for the plebiscite. If it is approved, the new code will replace the current one, for which the nation had been ruled during the last 46 years.

Unquestionably, the new code is a highly advanced one and set to the stages realities from our society to be taken in consideration to avoid abandon and the lack of protection of mi with all the rights to be recognized and protected by the law.

Despite the effort of law workers, journalists and communicators in order to make clearer the doubts that might emerged and to state in a much simpler way the boundaries of the new project, some criteria have been circulating in the social media that misinterpret and tarnish the comprehension of the project, false testimonies are being raised, among them, the loss of parent´s guidance and something related to the state assuming the parent´s rights over their children.

It is not difficult to assimilate that this is another way to promote a hit from the outside, because if the new code is approved it would become a strong and perceptible example of the unity of Cubans and their support to the Revolution´s processes.

It is hard for me to understand that some people could get rid of the need for a better inclusion, not only for people with different sexual identities but diverse themselves by their ages and capabilities. 

I see the logic of those who help seeding hatred and violence and to shade our reason ad vision in order to prevent a law from been approved because precisely this law despise all manifestation of violence and discrimination.

This is the reason for my warning: do not believe without reading, analyzing or studying a topic. The new Code of Family bring us the chance of making our rights to be respected, over rational thinking and truth, do not miss this opportunity to make it right.
