The Minister of Justice of Cuba, Oscar Manuel Silvera Martínez, in exercise of the power conferred in Article 145 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, in Resolution 392 of 2022 of the Ministry of Justice, directed the creation of the Central Office of the Central Registry of the Property of Real Estate.

Resolution 392 of 2022 of the Ministry of Justice, published in the Official Gazette No. 69 Ordinary of July 8, 2022, explains that the Central Registry constitutes a system made up of the Central Office and the municipal registry offices, which, in a decentralized manner, they manage the registration procedure and its publicity.
