The Banco de Crédito y Comercio (BANDEC) and the Oficina de Facilitación de La Habana Vieja (OFA) are working on the new micro-credit service for taxpayers of the Historian's Office for the digitalization and promotion of their local offers, as well as their training.

For its digital processing, the state of compliance with the tax, parafiscal and public services payment obligations normally executed by the applicant will be considered, in order to constitute an incentive for those who keep their settlements up to date.

Likewise, it will reduce processing and granting times to no more than seven calendar days and under a certain guarantee that facilitates digital access to financing in real time. The latter in the form of immediate microcredit, which automates the credit in order to facilitate the availability of funds in the customer's account according to the terms and conditions to be determined by the parties.

The service will be made available to customers through Virtual BANDEC and will be conducted from the Digital Self-Service Stations by the staff in charge of the facilitation of the OFA of Old Havana.
