The Creative Community Nave Oficio de Isla developed a wide program of activities under the title Teatrales en la Nave, on the occasion of today's World Theater Day.

During the day, the Villanueva de la Crítica 2021 Awards, granted by the Section of Criticism and Research of the Performing Arts of the Association of Performing Artists of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba, were presented to the best theatrical and dance shows.

The initiative ended with the presentation of the play Luz, inspired in the work and poetry of Cuban artist Sigfredo Ariel and under the direction of Doimeadiós, who read the international message for the date, which this year was in charge of American opera director Peter Sellars.
