The Minister of Work and Social Security, Martha Feitó Cabrera, highlighted the importance of addressing the communities with specific actions and to engage the neighbors in the social works carried out, during the annual balance of the Provincial Direction of this organism in Havana.

At the meeting, that took place this Tuesday in the Cultural Center El Sauce, in the municipality of Playa, Feitó Cabrera pointed out the importance of finding alternatives that be definitive in order to help those in need to recover and move from the vulnerability situation, making them resilient when seeking for tight solutions to their problems.

In this sense, the directive referred to the work carried out at La Corbata, community in transformation that has already changed, thanks to the neighbors of the community itself.

She explained that the perception of getting employment must be different, taking into account every individual´s need.

We must support those who can, within vulnerable family nuclei, break the marginality chain.

She insisted on the need of concluding the digitalization process to favor the management of the budget of the territory.

In another moment of her intervention, Feitó Cabrera indicated that as much in integral transformation as in the others, we must reach a higher level both by the work carried out and social security, and not only count the goods that have been provided in order to get to a gradual transformation of the reality.
