Cuba will have the Grand Aston Havana Hotel as of today

Cuba will have from today a new hotel facility, the Grand Aston Havana, on the central Malecon of the capital, which will be managed by the Indonesian group Archipelago International.

As described on the hotel's website, the hotel was built in a modern style and unique architecture to promote it as a haven of sophistication with cool rooms, eclectic dining, inspiring event spaces and beautiful wellness facilities, overlooking Havana's bay.

It has 600 elegant rooms and suites that pay homage to the rich history of the Vedado neighborhood, with first-class features and all the comforts and services for the most demanding tourists.

Since its opening, set for this Tuesday, it will offer local and international options in its restaurants and bars that will become the new sensations of the city.

Grand Aston La Habana offers rejuvenation and relaxation in its Ubud Spa, the first Balinese-style salon in Havana, as well as the Java, Sumatra and Bali salons -inspired by the Indonesian heritage with capacity for 80 people for meetings and events. It is also the first hotel in the Cuban capital to house a branch of the International Financial Bank.

The Indonesian group Archipiélago International is developing a strategy of expansion to destinations in the Middle East and the Caribbean, and in Cuba it also manages the Aston Panorama (Havana), Grand Aston Cayo Las Brujas (Villa Clara), and Aston Costa Verde (Holguín).
