Situations were workers have the right to the profits distribution have been updated after the publishing of the Resolution 3/2022 in the Official Gazette No.19 Extraordinary dated on March 8th.

It is declared in the document that employees participating in full-time training courses prior decision of the higher authorities of the entities they work for or due to the need for production and services will be able to receive the profits distribution, as well as those who act as lay judges in people´s courts or non-professional electoral authority and those deployed during the development of electoral processes.

There will be also benefited the workers deployed in military exercises, in the fight against natural, technological or sanitary disasters and the syndical cadres who act under professional character in a base organization linked to an enterprise, including syndical, special and extra-territorial bureaus.

It is also guaranteed pre- and post –maternity leave of working mothers and paid leave.

The head of each entity, in agreement with the trade union organization, might determine other situations to take into consideration for the distribution of benefits for time worked.
