Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, Deputy Prime Minister; Luis Antonio Torres Iríbar, First Secretary of the PCC in Havana; and Reinaldo García Zapata, Governor of the city, verified today the progress of the tasks planned for the realization of the Ciudad Escolar Libertad Pedagogical Theme Park.

During the tour, in which the Minister of Education, Ena Elsa Velázquez Cobiella, also participated, they received detailed information on the ambitious educational scope of the project.

Velázquez Cobiella praised the educational and pedagogical impact of the initiative for the municipality of Marianao and the rest of the capital, as well as the strong commitment of those involved in bringing this task to a successful conclusion.

Deputy Prime Minister Perdomo Di-Lella also highlighted the importance of the area as the lung of the city and urged the workers and the factors involved to carry out this task with agility, as it will strengthen the activity in the territory and contribute to its autonomy.

The delegation also visited a fair of logistic entities linked to the Education sector, where several activities and sales of inputs were carried out.
