Havana anniversaries. March 7th

1930.  The Spanish writer Federico García Lorca arrives in Havana.

 He was born on June 5th , 1898.He wrote  the famous play “Bodas de Sangre”.

He was a great, profound and emotive poet as well as a playwright.

He was executed by the Spanish fascists on August 19th, 1936. He lived short he only lived 38 years but he became a symbol of the Spanish Progressive  

culture. 

1991.  The Palacio Central de Computación is opened in Havana with the presence of the Comander in Chief Fidel Castro.

The objective of this place has been to provide the population the possibility of knowing and applying Computing as a branch in learning, very important for the technological development of our country.   

The Palacio Central de Computación groups especialists who give their knowledge to the ones coming to this institution.
