The Week of Culture in the municipality of Habana del Este, will take place until March 7. This time the event will honor Vicente Feliú, Georgina Herrera and Rómulo Fernández, figures of culture in the place.

As Radio Coco reported, and authorities of the culture sector of the municipality informed the event will also honor health professionals that has been fighting for almost a year against Covid – 19.

The opening of the Week of Culture is planned for March 2nd, at 18:00 (local time) at Liceo La Cascada in the suburb Guiteras, located in 17street, on the corner of Avenida Sexta. The singer Gretel Cazón will be presenting her new record, among other presentations.

The participation of the Banda Municipal de Conciertos of the place, is included in the celebration. The presenters Sandra Hernández and Magdiel Pérez.

 will carry out the presentation.

Some artists will be honored during the Week of Culture in Habana del Este.

March 3 is reserved for young local amateurs in an electronic night, between 19:00 and 22:00 (local time), as well at the Liceo in the suburb Guiteras.

Likewise, on March 4th the musical group Acento Cubano will perform at 16:00 (local)time.

The Liceo La Cascada in the suburb Guiteras, is located in 17, on the corner of Avenida Sexta.
