La Comuna, an event with young people from revolutionary emergent collectives is celebrated.

A group of thousand young people from all over the country, representing networks, collectives, groups, means and emergent spaces will gather on Friday and Saturday, in Havana, at the event La Comuna, a meeting that seeks the consolidation of the integration of the revolutionary youth as a way to promote the transformation of the political horizon.

The meeting-gathered by the Communist Youth Union(UJC)-will include days of debates and analysis, that will take place at Pabellón Cuba and transmitted alive by La Comuna´s channels, according to what Juventud Rebelde JR Journal informed.

The aim, detailed JR, is to socialize community work experiences, political education, generation and contents to be posted at social networks, while showing performances, book launching, dynamics to share with the public and a concert starred by more than ten artists.

As a closure of the event, on Saturday 26th, from 4:00 p.m. on the emergent revolutionary spaces and the UJC will develop at John Lennon Park, placed in J and 16, Vedado, a fair on which experiences about community work, political education, social networking and content generation for this purpose will be shared.

It will be a special afternoon for celebrating the Revolution´s achievements and to get together, announced on its Facebook profile La Comuna.

We are not and will be not an accommodated youth, accommodated to repeat the achievements of our predecessors, braggers of the social justice reached. We are the vanguard that questions how to become a better revolutionary men and women, guided not only by the example but our own convictions¨, it was added in the post.
