Esteban Lazo, the president of the National Assembly of People´s Power of Cuba (Parliament), took part in the XXIII Ordinary Session of the Municipal Council in the town of Guanabacoa, in Havana.

The Parliament informed on the social network Twitter that the delegates of this territory examined the Economical Guidelines and the budget for the year.

Other figures were there, as the Governor of Havana, Reinaldo García Zapata, the president of the Commission of Economic Affairs of the legislative body, Félix Martínez Suárez.

These days, executives of the Cuban Parliament and of its permanent commissions take part in the Municipalities Assemblies of the Peoples Power, analyzing the Economy Plan and the Budget for 2022. 

The document mentioned, that was approved in December, on the VIII ordinary sessions period of the highest organ of the State, has the objective of advancing in the process of the macroeconomic stabilization and in the rationaly of the prices of the products and services, emphasizing those that are more sensible for the population.

The budget shows the availability of financial resources for more than 306 billion pesos that will guarantee the development of primacy programs and the main economic activities included in the budget.   

Local budgets will implement 44 %of the finances for the activities included in the budget, where main services for the population will be seen, and for that they will be provided with more than 116 billion pesos.
