The Cuban Book Chamber summons all book and literature lovers to the 30th edition of the International Book Fair to be held from February 10th to 20th, 2022 once again under the slogan Reading is growing.

The event will pay tribute to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Carilda Oliver Labra and Jesús Orta Ruiz (El Indio Naborí) and will be dedicate to the 140th anniversary of the publication of Ismaelillo by José Martí and Cecilia Valdés o La Loma del Ángel, de Cirilo Villaverde.

O this occasion, the Book Festival will welcome the United Mexican States as guest of honor, an opportunity to get closer to the culture of this sister nation through its literature.

As every year, the most transcendental event of the Cuban publishing sector, a scenario to be in contact with literature and authors, this Book Fair becomes a unique space for the Cuban family during the second moth of the year. Authors, translators, publishers, distributors, designers, illustrators and the public in general will be able to enjoy a place designed for the exhibition, negotiation, promotion, commercialization of Cuban and foreign literature.
