The Ministry of Justice of Cuba informed about the development of a new informatics application to gain developed to gain legal culture.

The tool allows the Cuban population to study the Family Code and its contrasts with the Constitution of the Republic, aiming to become an ally for the analysis of the articles of the draft bill.

The APK is available at the Apklis site and allows users to write notes about their doubts, proposals, questions and comments that can be sent from the application itself by mail to the address familias@minjus.gob where opinions of the specialists and the population in general will be processed.

Oscar Rivera Martínez, Minister of Justice, indicated through his account on the social network Twitter, that the application arose through the alliance between the Ministry of Justice and the Participación e Institucionalidad Project together with Lombao Studios, belonging to the private sector. It is worth mentioning that the preliminary draft of the Family Code seeks to update the legal framework of this matter, and, according to the Carta Magna, the final provision will be the result of a broad popular consultation and referendum called by the National Assembly of the People´s Power(ANPP) for that purpose.
