Endorsing Decree –Law referred to strategic management of territorial development, seeking a certain authonomy  in the municipalities, the Consejo de la Administración of Arroyo Naranjo approved three local projects.

This projects will provide almost 300 job post headed to develop the comunity of Arroyo Naranjo, and at the same time to build houses, and provide construction materials and work protection gear.

Aimara Acosta Acosta, especialist in local development of the municipality of Arroyo Naranjo informed that the new projects are: MONTELEC that will handle the remodeling of the comunity of La Guinera; a second one called Vértice also linked to the construction field that will provide technical counselling  and will deal with social, economic, cultural and environmental plans of any Project, mostly

The third Project is called La Caridad. It is a textile production workshop that will allow to expand production lines and means and protection gear for the 11 companies working in the area.

The Consejo de Administración de Arroyo Naranjo recognized the great social and economic impact of these projects.
